The GLAM Story
GLAM Empowerment Network Inc. was not built as an idea. It was formed out of assignment.
Founded by Prophetess Tiffany Wilson, GLAM was established in response to a clear burden: to see women strengthened, equipped, and positioned to walk fully in what God placed within them. What began as a vision carried through obedience has grown into a community shaped by purpose, accountability, and intentional development.
From its earliest gatherings, GLAM has been centered on formation. Women have come together not merely to be inspired, but to be built. Through teaching, prayer, counsel, and community, GLAM has created space for women to confront limitations, grow in clarity, and mature in both faith and identity.
Over the years, GLAM has expanded its reach through focused initiatives that support the whole woman. Counseling empowerment sessions provide guided space for reflection, direction, and growth. Prayer gatherings cultivate strength through intercession and shared faith. Bible studies deepen understanding of the Word and encourage application in daily life. Each expression exists to serve one purpose: development that leads to movement.
The Power Surge Community for Intercessors reflects GLAM’s commitment to women called to stand in the gap. This community is designed to train, strengthen, and support women who carry the weight of prayer and intercession with discipline and understanding.
GLAM’s annual gatherings and conferences have served as moments of collective sharpening—spaces where women receive instruction, insight, and renewed vision. Beyond events, GLAM continues to provide resources that support growth beyond a single moment, reinforcing that empowerment is sustained, not seasonal.
